Production
Please allow 7 to 14 business days on all products as they are MADE TO ORDER. Your order will ship AFTER the processing time. This does not include custom or bulk orders. Times may vary and will be communicated via electronic documentation of the estimated time of production. 

Shipping 
After the production processing time has been completed, your order will ship accordingly. You will receive a tracking number via the email you have provided during your ordering process. 

Time On My Hands: Crafts & Services will not be responsible for your items if it lost, damaged, stolen, delayed, etc.  After it has been scanned by the delivery service.  We do not confirm the mailing address. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the mailing address is accurate. Time On My Hands: Crafts & Services will not be responsible for your item once it has been deemed delivered by the delivery service. No refunds or replacement will be given.
